I got the chance to meet Chastity Brown (C.D.M.N.) a week ago, after a crowd-moving show at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville. She was even more impressive in person than I expected. Chastity is a down-to-earth lady with a beautiful soul that is evident not only in her powerful roots / ameicana songs, but in her attitude and thoughtful attention in converstation and dealing with people as well. That dealing with people thing is hard for a lot of artists, but not this one. I felt like we could have talked for hours.
